Love…

On this evening, it was about mom and dad.

Husband and wife.

No kiddos.

Just them.

Together.

In love.

Still.

Happy Anniversary Bill and Amy!

a wagon, balloons and a smile….

I had the pleasure to photograph the sweeetest little girl Saturday morning. We headed off into a beautiful field with a wagon and some balloons and had the best time!!!

getting ready for warmer weather…

and you start to wonder what to wear for your session. Remember, be comfortable! You want to stay true to your style, but have some fun with it. 🙂 Believe it or not, wearing fun shoes or even going barefoot, can lend itself to some amusing and funky pictures!

big brothers are a pain…

but, “K” loves hers anyway!  We were out enjoying the beautiful weather that graced us last weekend and “K” got to experience something new, the hose! The project of the day was to fix the lawn and do a little yard work. Instead, the Mlakar front yard was transformed into our very own water park, courtesy of “K” and “J”! “K” was enjoying the water, doing as Daddy asked, and then the water started to slow down. All of a sudden, whoosh! “J” let go of the hose to see what she would do…….SHE LOVED IT!!! Boy, am I in trouble this summer!

welcome to the world Ella!

This is why I love my job.  Last Friday I spent the morning with this sweet little girl and her mother. She is perfect in every way. How lucky to have two sisters and a big brother to show her the ropes! She was so good for me, she barely made a peep. I knew the session was going to be a good one when she started to smile as soon as Mom put her down. Congratulations Amy and Brian!  She’s is beautiful!!!
